136 incidents in 2010 IRT: Initial Response Team (minimum of 2 team members) BURT: Back Up Response Team (a full team callout) Minor Incident: A non recordable incident Page: 9 of 34 12 Aug:  As the IRT finished at South Beach, they noticed a yacht high and dry on the beach. Concerned for the skipper they checked to ensure all was well before returning to station.    Minor Incident Team:  Not required 12 Aug:  The IRT were tasked to South Beach Studland after a report of a yacht dragging its anchor. When the team arrived the yacht was seen to be underway and heading out to sea. Tasked:  IRT +  Team:  E. Hudson, T. Simmons 11 Aug:  The IRT were paged just before 4.30pm to a dog fallen from the cliffs near to Old Harry. On arrival the IRT met the owners who had walked down and collected the dog at South Beach Studland, the dog appeared to be unable to put weight on it front right paw, so the owners were escorted to a local vets. Tasked:  IRT Team:  N. Field, T. Thompson, I. Brown 07 Aug:  Portland Coastguard requested the Swanage and Poole Lifeboats along with the Swanage team, after the Solent Scene ran aground off Old Harry Rocks. The passengers were taken off the vessel by Swanage Lifeboat and transferred to another passenger vessel. The BURT arrived at Old Harry and kept the crowd from the cliff top and then returned to Swanage Pier to meet the passengers. With no injuries the passengers were checked by the Coastguard team and released to await another vessel to take them home. Solent Scene awaits to be refloated around 5.30pm Tasked:  BURT + Swanage Lifeboat, ILB, Poole Lifeboat and Dorset Police Team:  I. Brown, N. Field, T. Simmons, G. Kitching, E.
